Hi all...

Whilst having nose around  ebay (as ya do!),I came across this yesterday:

It's not mine, I should point out!  ...and if it was closer I would probably take a look myself, as a simple folder, is something I keep thinking about( the missus not overly keen  though...).

Anyway, I just wondered if it may be of interest to someone...

I have a fully winterised Dandy Destiny affectionately called Daisy and we love it. We have just come back from our first couple of nights away and can confirm it was comfortable, warm and draught free, which is good considering the winds were northerly and very cold at night. I'm amazed they are not more popular given the very lightweight yet solid construction and the fact they last for decades with little or no maintenance!

It was a no brainer for us because we want to hook up and go, not having to worry about proofing canvas.

..and that one on ebay has since  been relisted at only 750 quid!....

I have been watching a couple of Destiny's recently and they haven't sold even though they are dirt cheap. Maybe its too early in the season and the typical canvas fans who might buy such a thing haven't realised you can use a Dandy all year round ;-)
