We want to sell our Crusader and have lots of kit such as awning carpet, aqua roll, waste hog etc. Do you think it easier to sell the whole lot as a job lot or sell accessories separately? Any advice would be great.
sell separately if you are not including with the sale of the van.
selling as a job lot will make it hard to find that one person that needs it all. More likely to sell to a trader/car booter who will sell on at a profit.
We had a price for our camper and we're going to keep the accessories as buying a caravan, but the couple buying our camper asked if we had them and they said they would pay the asking price if we threw them in. As we got more than we had hoped for, we bit their hand off and then I managed to buy an aquaroll and waste master both in original bags for £50 they had been used once! We then got an Isabella Bolon carpet second hand for £50 too so we're set up again for our new van.
How hard do you want to work? Selling camper separately & listing every other item individually on ebay will realise you more profit but easier just to sell as a job lot, then its gone.
