Hi I have had the matresses, curtains and inner tents out since bringing it home to clean and freshen. Now they are back in seems I have to help and push the last foot down when closing up...is this right? also I have cleaned everything but could do with removing the curtain valances but they look as if they have been held in since 1995 with the same staples...will I ruin it taking it down and will the ceiling be ruined when I remove the staples
