Hi, I wonder if you can help me please. We have a 1998 (I think!) pennine Clubman, and the Velcro is coming off where the canvas attaches to the trailer bit. Where can I get replacement from? Do I just want heavy duty Velcro that I can get from eBay etc, or is it a special kind of Velcro?
Thank you :)
Easy enough to check what year your camper is. There's a plate on the A frame, showing the gross weight and serial number. The last two digits of the serial number (after the space) are the year of manufacture. There's nothing particularly special about the velcro. Is it actually damaged, or just come unstuck? I find that a good strong glue is normally all that's needed when I have one in with dodgy velcro.

Hmmm that's a good point! It could just need glueing back on. I'll have a closer look - thanks.
I know where to look for the year, I just couldn't remember off top of my head what it was. My memory has disappeared since having children, lol.
Thank you :)
Had her out this morning to check her over before we go away tomorrow. The Velcro def needs replacing. The bit on the canvas is ok, but the bit on the camper is in awful condition. I don't think it will glue back on.
In that case, you can get pretty much any type of velcro online, or local retailers, or, if you want to spend a little extra for the original item (probably the same as the others, but at least it comes from Pennine, themselves) then you can buy it from them direct; Pennine Leisure Velcro Strips

If I remember correctly, it is easier to take the metal strip off the camper body, glue the Velcro onto the strip and then pop rivet each end of the Velcro to the metal strip before pop riveting the strip back onto the camper.
