Not sure I fully understand what you're asking. Surely 'model type' is simply; 'folding caravan'? The Top Volume was one of the folding caravans, made by Esterel (they also made pop top caravans, and ordinary caravans).
Only technical spec I have on them is as follows, if any of that is any use:
In Germany, these models were called Top Star by the importer for Germany (Gugel).
They were like the Caramatic series, but with additional, fixed installed roof box and cupboards.
