Does any one know the torque setting for the axel bolt on a rapidly confort and if anyone makes the bar on the side that helps you open the van that you stand on

I have the bar you stand on for sale. It's off a export matic I think all vans had the same bar. All tho the older non matic vans might have had a bar that was telescopic
