Can anyone tell how much they would expect fo pay for a pathfinder 600dl with blow air heating and porch awning 2004 model, in reasonable condition, no leaks etc. i have one to sell but just not too sure of the price i should aim for.

Is it just the porch awning you have, as opposed to the full size Pennine one? also, if it's the DL, I'm assuming it has the oven?

As Alan says, do you have the full awning?
What about bed skirts?
These are things that people will be looking for when buying and will help keep the price up. Without these your price will drop substantially.

If it's not got full awning I would of thought aroun the £2500-£3000 mark
If you had full awning it would be around £3500 - £4000

I would agree with that exactly. An awning does give a price differential of about a grand. Prices can vary a lot. Last year a 2003 came up, without an awning. It started at £2,700, and went, in the end for £2,200. That's quite low, but people do like to see an awning, and the lack of one (even if there is a porch awning) will reflect in the price. I would give it a try at just under £3K, and see how you get on.
