I think you'll struggle to get a full set secondhand to be honest, unless someone is breakig a camper.  It may be that you could do it cheaper by buying the poles from an aluminium extrusion compane and then buy the fitments online.

this would need you to get all of the correct diameters etc (although they wouldn't need to be 'exact' if you were doing a full set, as there would be nothing that they'd need to fit into - the awning poles attach to the camper poles by hooks so the pole diameter would be, almost, irrelevant).

good luck with it

Sorry to hear you have the wrong poles, exactly the same thing happened to us exactly one year ago. Do you know what unit the poles you have are off. Incidently where did you buy your camper from?

As you already have a set of 'some' poles then you may not need to buy the whole lot. lay the awning out and have a measure up and see which of the poles you have will fit.

Hi we had the wrong poles which looked like they belonged to a unit the same size as yours. We also bought ours privately and the people had only used it once with the awning but said they had really struggled to put it up (how they ever did was beyond us and probably that's why the stitching around two of the pole holes had split). They however, had bought it from Burcroft and we both reckon they had given them the wrong poles for the unit as the poles for awnings were stored away separately from the units for sale. After much deliberation between us all the seller contacted tent valeting services near Bolton and explained we needed the pole altering so it was booked in. We took a diagram and exactly what we needed to extend it to make it fit. They extended it for us (we had to wait around for a few hours in the local shopping precinct which was an eye opener lol). It all fits now and the seller footed the bill. Burcroft were absolutely a waste of time and couldn't be bothered helping in any way. Its a lesson learnt though, we would insist on seeing the whole unit plus awning up in future! So all I can suggest is TVS in Bolton or there is another company that does poles too that I found through google, hope this helps.

Hi again. Managed to get a second hand set of poles
New question. Can I buy a groundsheet the exact size of the awning or do I make do. I think it is 2.5m by 4.25.m.
Also the inner bed linnings need washed, can I just stick them in the washing machine or will this damage the plastic clips?
Thanks for any help in advance

You will be better just buying a groundsheet that is near enough the size you need (it may be cheaper than trying to find a specific onew for the camper - not that I've seen one)

Inner linings can all be washed in the washing machine, a 40 degree cotton cycle is all you need.
