Collected our Pathfinder yesterday, and after a thorough demonstration before driving it away, I can't wait now to get it up on the drive and sort out bedding, curtains etc, that's if we can remember how to do it all! I'm also burning to just sit out there to have a cup of tea and relish the experience - husband thinks I'm completely bonkers!
No , No, No, you're not bonkers - 4 years down the line and I still can't wait for the 'season' to start.
Opening up and setting everything in place for the coming year and enjoying a pot of tea in it on the drive and I get a silly smile on my face - see I'm wearing it now?
You arent bonkers...YOU ARE SO LUCKY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well done

"Those are hares, not silly old rabbits. Lovely March hares!"
Wish i had a drive as well Jane as i`d probably sit out in ours but we store at local farm so i can`t frighten the farmer into thinking a gypsy has taken up residence.Another thing is its strange how you suddenly take an interest in the weather forecast now especially when the weekend is coming.Roll on the end of the month when hopefully we will next get out in ours ....
Hope you have as much fun now that you have purchased your Pennine as we have. We really love it. We had ours in 2001 and I still get excited about going camping in it.
If you think that you are bonkers try this. I couldn't wait for our first trip out when we got ours. I slept out on the front drive in ours with my daughter the weekend we got it. My husband thought we were mad too.
Being bonkers is part of camping ........ we bought our trailer last march, erected it in the back garden, cooked evening meal in house, ate it in the trailer, then slept in it for two nights! Welcome to the madness of camping! We can't wait to get away this year, booked for weekend after next, counting the days. Hope you enjoy your trailer as much as we enjoy ours.
