Hi all, apologies if this is not the correct place to ask but I have just bought a second hand conway continental and am planning my first outing in it this week. I would really appreciate it if anybody could send me a copy of the assembly instructions for the awning.

COC only have instructions for folding camper trailer units, not awnings, unfortunately.

Hi all,

Thank you for your replies, I mailed a poster from a thread 4 years old and she replied with a set of instructions. So I managed to get sorted and they were a great help when setting up.

If anybody stumbles upon this thread looking for instructions I'll happily forward on the instructions I have been sent.

Sorry if there have been misunderstandings on my part on this but I wrongly thought you had a TT not a FC. On digging further Conway produced a Conway Continental Trailer Tent for 3 seasons 1999 - 2001. This is shown in the brochures for those years and full instructions as produced by Conway can be downloaded from the Conway Owners Club (COC) website.

Pennine after they had taken over Conway then produced a folding camper for just one year again called a Conway Continental. Looking at the pictures from the brochure (on the COC website) it looks exactly like a Cruiser but with two double beds – not with one kingsize as the Cruiser had. Conway had produced full instructions for the Cruiser including how to erect the awning and there is a full set of these for 2003 on the COC website.

Now you have found a copy of the instructions for the Continental Folding Camper we would be ever so grateful if you could at some time when convenient let us have an electronic copy of these (a .pdf would be best) so that we could put them on the site to help other new owners.
