Advice needed. We stayed at Duinrell in Holland and when we got there we were allocated a spot under three tree canopies, wouldn't be my choice of pitch but we set up anyway. It then proceeded to rain constantly for the next 30 hours. Our camper has handled this with no problems before but unfortunately the trees seemed to retain bucketloads of water and then throw it hard at the camper every twenty minutes or so along with acorns, leaves etc! The camper lasted 24 hours in this and then sprung several leeks so we ended up coming home a day early. We had a lovely dry day yesterday so all dried out and have taken the opportunity to wash all the inner tents but there is a big Brown stain on the roof. I presume it is tree sap, question is do we try and clean with soap flakes or do we just leave it?
