I've recently purchased a second hand Sunncamp 400 SE and cannot wait for spring to come.

On putting the awning up I've found that the three awning home are missing from the end of the poles for the further most section, (not the part that hooks to the trailer tent itself). I've searched everywhere and also been to several local caravan and camping shops to be told that you cannot get them, and the spares I can get are not straight enough and so would have to be altered/straightened which will be difficult. Can anyone help?

Sorry. Just to clarify; what do you mean by an 'awning home'?

Is it just the hooks? I'm thinking the ones that slot into the end of the pole and, in most cases, hook into the front edge of the roof section of the awning, to keep it taut.

Yes, just the hooks. The poles still have the plastic plug/cap with a small hole for the hook.
The 3 poles that attach the awning to the trailer tent are there, its just the 2nd frame section furthest away from the trailer tent that has the hooks missing. These hooks attach the front awning frame to the middle awning frame section. It's not the hooks to keep the awning tight as I have those.
I can dig out the frame instructions and give you the poles numbers just that would help?

I have looked at the awning instructions and it is the hooks from the end of pole 11 (x3) that is missing.

I've looked on eBay and spoke to local awning salesman however the metal hooks are too 'hooked' and not straight enough so would need some serious alteration or bending.

I know the ones, at the end of pole(s) 11. Might be worth having a look at these. They come in a couple of sizes, so may be if use; Isabella Pole Hook

Thanks Blue Sky Pennine, they look as though they match the other hooks. I'll have a proper look tomorrow and measure the pole diameter (I think 22mm but better to check).

Thanks all for your messages. I've looked at the hooks I do have and they are 90 degree angles which match the ones on the link posted by Blue Sky Peninne so I'll order the 3 needed plus some spares while I'm at it.
