Hi, I've just bought a conway cardinal but the poles that support the beds seem far too long (probably not the right ones)

Does anyone know the size they should be and where I could buy some?

Are you trying to fix them from the bed to the ground? They fix at a 45 degree angle from the bed to the trailer. If I remember correctly, one set is longer than the other but can't remember which! If you have a look, you should find the brackets on the trailer body front and back. Hope this helps!

the smaller set go from under the bed to the slots on the tow hitch. the longer ones go the other end. The poles sort of flattened at both ends. Are you sure you are not mixing them up with the bedroom pod pole?

Found the brackets, also all 4 poles are identical in length,

After looking at some videos on YouTube, I think the poles I have are for inside the bedroom so looks like the ones I need are missing

Anyone know where I could buy some?

Have you found them yet ? I may have two spare(I think for the non-locker box end) from when my cardinal was scrapped - I can check for you if you still need them.

Have you got a manual so you can check it out - I could email you one if needed.
