A 1992 Pullman in good condition is worth, tops, around £800. A new canvas for one is £1,200, so you're on a loser before you start, if the canvas is genuinely unusable.
However, that is only if we are talking about using it as a viable camper. There are two other options; sell it for parts or strip it yourself and sell the bits separately.
I did this with my first camper. I bought a 1997 Pennine Sterling. Missing a few bits which I couldn't get anywhere, so I bought an identical one, with a damaged canvas, on eBay. I only paid £225 for it, got about £300 worth of parts out of it and sold the rest of the bits for around £800.
So, to answer your question; it is worth selling on eBay as spares or repairs, but, if you have the time and the space, much more lucrative to strip it and sell the parts separately.
