Finally managed to pin down the wife and she has agreed for us to buy a TT. Now we have a green light, I'm not sure what to buy? Ha..
I've been looking at the sunncamp air 300, what are the general thoughts about these units? We are in a rural area so no real options to go and view, so opinions would be much appreciated.
2 adults 2 kids, what would you guys buy at the minute?

Thanks

Would help to say what your requirements, priorities and limitations are. It's bit how long is a piece of string at the moment.

How many of you to sleep. where will you store it, what sort of budget, on board loo, quick set up or not, room to dry it out when wet..

As above 2 adults & 2 kids.

I appreciate its the obvious question and I do agree it is how long is the proverbial.
My main Q is regarding the quality of the sunncamp gear, is it decent stuff or am I better looking elsewhere? Budget, nothing set yet but willing to pay for something decent - looked at a couple of trigano olympe on eBay and I do like them, also like the cabanon Mercury/stratos style..

Sunncamp are at the budget end of the scale, and are based on the old Conway design,as are Cabanons, but not at all bad for that. Of the traditional tt's,Cabanons are very good quality, and the trailer part is pretty much the same as the Sunncamps. These traditional types are great for longer stays. The kitchens on these types,if fitted ,are heavy.
Trigano are somewhere in between in terms of quality (imo),they produce traditional types as well as the quick erect types. In your shoes,I would be buying a tatty old Conway, that way,you won't lose out if you decide that you hate trailer tenting after all.
In the next five minutes,no doubt Folding campers will raise their ugly heads, followed by the obligatory mention of a Dandy, but stick to your guns, the cool kids all have Cabanons.

Thanks for the info miserly, much appreciated.
Not interested in an FC.
