We bought our tt second hand last year and replaced both wheels,including new tyres,keeping the old ones as spares to take on our mini tour of Europe.
Off the top of my head they were about £13 each (including tyres fitted) from Towsure Products.You can order on line or pop in if you are near one.Give the staff the dimensions and the number of bolt holes and they should be able to do the rest.If you get an older member of staff I always find them more knowledgable and helpful.
