Are you reading the AL-KO chassis number? If it's imprinted into the chassis, itself, that's the AL-KO number, not the Pennine number. There should be a plate riveted onto the A frame, at the front, on the door side. It should contain two numbers; Gross weight and serial no. The latter will be four digits, a space and two digits (the year). If that plate isn't obvious, it has probably been removed.
