I replaced our Neptune tyres last year at a local tyre place. They were £45 each fitted, took a day to get them in. The new ones have a higher speed rating than the originals too.

I replaced ours due to their age even though the tread was ok. We go France mainly now and it's possible to legally tow at 80 mph so wanted to make sure everything was more than over specced. As it happened I needed to up our speed to make the ferry and certainly gave peace of mind.
Preferred towing at a lower speed tbh but was ok on the toll motorways with little traffic.

Psychologically dealing with the fact they are old will do your head in so may as well change them all.
