In theory, you should, indeed, get 110 hours out of a 110Ah battery, BUT that assumes you are fully discharging it down to nothing. Bearing in mind it is never advisable to discharge a battery by more than 50%, that reduces your practical time down to 55 hours (which, of course, is way more than required for a weekend away).
The general rule is that; if you allow a leisure battery to discharge below 50%, it will never reach full charge again. If you allow if to discharge fully, especially for a while, it will need replacing. It sounds likely that yours is on its last legs, if it is discharging that quickly.
To find out how to test this, and a few of the basics of batteries (in a less confusing format) Google "Blue Sky Leisure Battery Introduction" which should clarify it for you.
