I don't have a trailer tent, but I do have a trailer I carry my tent in, so I thought this might be the best place to put this query :-)
I want to get a spare wheel for my trailer, but need some advice on what to get.
This is what is stamped on the wheel:
SL002 ET3 4J 13
The tyre is a 155/70 R13.
When type these values into Google, I get a myriad of results, which doesn't really pinpoint exactly what I need. Can anybody point me in the right direction or give me a clue as to what I need to look for?
Thanks in advance :-)

The wheel will be standard caravan size & you can buy one from any caravan shop unless you can find one secondhand. From your description I can't tell whether it is Alko size 100mm pcd or if it is 5.5inch pcd or 130mm pcd. On 4 stud wheel pcd is measurement between centre stud holes across wheel centre.
Measure yours as described. I would suggest you buy bare rim from shop & get tyre fitted at tyre depot then it will be balanced. If you buy a secondhand rim then tyre size does not matter because it would be better to have a new tyre fitted anyway.

I think this is what you are looking for:
http://www.trailertek.com/cgi-bin/sh000003.pl?WD=sl002%204j%20et3&PN=13-inch-rim-4J--studs-on-130mm%2e-RIM116%2ehtml#SID=92
If this is wrong they may have something to match your old wheel. The important bits are the PCD of the studs, the offset and the diameter of the hole in the middle.

The wheel is a standard caravan fit as fitted to lightweight caravans up to early 1990s. 4j might be difficult to source new as all I can find of otherwise correct size is 4.5j, ie half inch larger rim width which should fit ok.
If you can find a wheel off a 1980s small ABI caravan like Monza or Marauder then that will be size you want, ie 4j.
