Hi,
We have just returned from our first holiday in our new Camplet 2 go.
I must say its a brilliant trailer tent and so much room compared to the small caravan we had before. Also dead easy to erect(We are both in our 70s)
Just one niggle concerns the ground sheet. It doesn't come all the way up to the lip of the bed compartment. Therefore there is a gaping hole in the cabin underneath the trailer rendering the cabin open to all manner of unwelcome 4 legged creatures during the night. Also the wind. There must be a solution to this. Perhaps someone could help.
Many thanks for reading!
There are plenty of awning draught skirts on ebay can be purchased in various lengths and drops. Can also get the aluminium channel that the skirts slide into.
We have a camplet Concorde. It comes with an 'underbed skirt' that attaches to the top of the trailer before you open it up then clips onto edge of bed with poppers, zips down either side to attach to main awning and also incorporates the under bed storage. Thought this 'skirt' came standard with all camplets?
We also have an inflatable bucket groundsheet, from camperlands, to provide a 'lip' over the bottom edge of the skirt.
