It sounds like the microswitches in the taps have stopped working.It may just be bad connections so check that first, if cleaning and wiggling doesn't cure the problem you may have to take the tap apart to check which microswith you need. There is probably more help on taps and microswitches on the caravan repair forum if you do a search on there.
You may also get some help on the owners group on Yahoo, getting help from Trigano is a non starter.

As both have gone I would check the wiring first to make sure you have 12 volts in all the right places, something may have squashed a cable and broken it. The microswitches on our caravan were quite cheap at the local caravan shop so it may be worth getting a couple of switches anyway.
I remember all those dodgy emails too. I seem to remember that a young lady was very keen to meet me, she obviously hasn't seen me or realised how skint I am!
