My Clubman roof leaked due to original leak from vent, it spread across inside the roof. This caused the thin aluminium on roof to get some corrosion holes, which caused rotting of canvas. I have decided to replace the 25mm foam roof liner with 25mm Celotex insulation board which is light/ridged. This will correct the dip in the roof profile, I may add an aluminium section to add more strength and for a wiring channel.I purchased this camper on Ebay for £183.00 its a nice project now I am retired, I worked on boats/truck bodies which is now becoming useful Roy.
PS I will be sorting the roof out in the spring so I will post photos results then.

Hi Chris I found a guy on our site who was selling a Cardinal rear fiberglass section. I purchased some ali-trim/bracket I had missing, if you are intrested in my rebuild to date I can send you photos. Send you email address so I can send them to you Roy.

I think we have a toilet extension which I'm not sure has ever been used - we certainly haven't taken it out of the bag. It's burgundy.
