We also have the 2013 Pathfinder and have removed the sink tap twice in order to stop a leak underneath the second time with success, they are easy to remove and replace. I have done a search for an alternative tap and could not find anything suitable, the tap Pennine use is a universal tap and readily available at caravan spares places ,all be it a very expensive bit of plastic at about £70,Its worth noting that they are easily damaged and only need be hand tight when replacing, or else an expensive cracking noise will be heard.
