for the toilet to flush i would imagine its the same as a caravan and needs to be filled with fresh water from the outside and as nothing to do with the taps

Hi thanks for the advice. Ive ordered a replacement inlet to see if that solves the problem. The toilet takes water from the aquaroll i believe.

The toilet flush is filled with a watering can /kettle type vessel and accessed by an outside compartment or tube where the cassette is located not by aqua roll
