Hi,

Can you get light weight awning poles for a Pullman 2004? I contacted Pennine and they do not do them for a Pullman. Thank you

I got a set from Pennine ... for a Pathfinder ... then used them with the exception of four poles ... it fits perfectly as the Pathfinder awning has the same dimensions except for the width. This was their recommendation, by the way!

And, wow, what a difference compared to the old steel ones ... lighter, faster, easier ...

I'd recommend.

Not cheap, though.

Have a look on ebay theres usually 2nd hand sets for caravans on there.

We bought a set for our Pathfinder which was used on a caravan

Thank you. Pennine emailed saying that the pole will need to be adjusted. Kelper, we're the poke the same size exactly then and what 4 poles don't you use? I just don't want to spend out to then have to get poles cut/adapted.

Dober ... to be honest, I can't remember which poles were superfluous ... but it was pretty obvious when assembling.
I think the poles that bridged from the corners to the centre were the ones that needed adjusting ... think for the Pathfinder there are either two long sections, or three ... for the Pullman I just used two.
As all the dimensions can be adjusted lengthwise (or up and down), the fit should be achievable.
What was extra was a set of poles to lock into the small extension pieces for the flap at the front ... ensured the flap was taught, where previously it had often flapped about or hung loosely.
It was Pennine who told me it would fit with minor adjustments ... all of which were easily done without having to cut or fiddle with any of the supplied poles.
