Can anyone tell us what the tyre pressure should be ? The plate on the side of the trailer for our size tyre is 4.8bar. We have done a comparison site to convert to psi and it is coming out at 60+ psi which sounds rather high. Can anyone help

That is the correct pressure (or at least is was on our 2011 model, recently sold).

We joined that when we first bought the raclet, we have used that for the tyre pressures putting all that was needed for a reply and all we got were silly answers to not even what we were asking, we found with this particular question it was absolutely useless. The only proper answer has come from 2 members on this forum

Actually ama, your question was actually answered on that forum, but obviously there was too much information for you and the answer was not to your liking!!! You asked what pressure was required for your Solena tyres in PSI. You were give the answer that the pressure was 4.8 BAR but that we could not confirm the PSI value. However, you stated that you had already investigated the conversion for yourself on the internet and got an answer which you doubted (and was in fact the correct answer.) The Raclet forum on FaceBook as been extremely helpful to a great many fellow Raclet owners so please do NOT dismiss the answer you received as silly just because you thought it did not answer your question. The Raclet group is a very friendly, helpful forum and no question is deemed too silly to ask. Please do not slander people who are trying to be helpful.

Silly answers? mmmmm

I'm a member of that group, which is very active and to be honest whenever I've needed help there has always been someone who has made the effort.

I would also say that this page has been very helpful as well over the last few years....lots of people who are more than happy to help out fellow campers. I also like the campsite search section on here - has saved us visiting a few horrors!!

I've looked at the answers you got Arna which were as Margie stated. I'm the best Redon who started the group on fb and know for a fact you would would never find silly or dismissive answers there. You are clearly mistaken with smother group!
