Hi All, I am new to the site and need some help from someone out there. Never tried a trailer tent before, tents and caravans have always been our mainstay, however we have now purchased a second hand Conway Classic Trio. The problem is that we appear to have three pole sections left over(they have spring buttons one end and a hole in the other) and a canvas roof that appears to be too big for the sitting out area. Attaching the sun canopy doesn't appear to help either.I know it looks like 'fit the poles and that will stretch the canvas ' but tried that and no go. If anyone has a users manual for this model I will gladly pay for a copy. Thanks in advance.

There's a copy of the generic manual of the time, as well as specific assembly instructions for the model on the Classic Trio page of the Blue Sky web site. Feel free to check that out and download them.

Hi there and thanks for that. Unfortunately I have tried that sites info. and although the generic manual is there only 10 pages from the Classic trio manual are available there (as on the Conway Owners club pages) and those only deal with setting up the cabin area. Thanks again for trying though.

Ah. That's a shame. The COC and I have a reciprocal arrangement, whereby we swap information whenever we can. Most of the narratives on their model pages are taken direct from my site, and much of the Conway paperwork I use (although not all) comes from them, so errors and omissions are likely to be replicated.

We also have this tt, how long are the 3 poles you have over? It's sounds like the poles for the smaller awning.

Long shot but has anyone any idea where I could buy some of the zip on outer doors please? We have two for the sitting area but none for the porch bit. I'm told they're interchangeable but only one zip on one side for some reason 🤔 maybe it's fallen off at some point but still, would be handy to have inner and outer doors if at all possible. Thanks in advance

There was a post on here not so long ago, that suggested TVS for zips.
