What Velcro is needed for the bedroom brackets of a Pennine Pathfinder? It appears to be stronger than regular Velcro.
I know you can buy it direct from Pennine, but the postage is a bit much for one piece of Velcro!

Perhaps a haberdasher shop or re-upholsterers place may sell heavier duty velcro that would be suitable?

We had velcro issues on our 1998 Pathfinder. We bought some extra strong velcro off ebay and used that. A couple of tips. First, unscrew the aluminium bar the velcro attaches to and stick velcro to that off the camper. Pop rivet or screw the ends to prevent them coming adrift. Then screw bar back in place.
If all else fails, we have been known to use wooden clothes pegs to hold the canvas to the camper - might look undignified but it works!

Thanks for the replies. I've just opened it up and looked at it again. The velcro that attaches the bed brackets to the pull out frame is double-sided. So where on earth do you get double-sided extra strong velcro?
