Hi... Stuck for an awning for our Pennine Sterling 1994 model, so wondering if we could buy a caravan awning and have it adapted.

If so, is there anyone in Hampshire that does it? And what do I need to buy/do???

How long will it take, and how much would it cost?

Sorry about the loads of questions.... Just unsure what to do?

We have had a couple of awnings adapted.

Buy the air awning and a matching zip for your unit and have a local alterations / sewing shop sew the zip on.

Cost us about £15 for the zip from Brian Park Camping and about the same again to have the local alterations shop sew the zip on.

Did you just buy any air awning from anywhere... Do they ask you about the zips at checkout?

We bought a 350 air awning off ebay or gumtree, can't remember which, less than 1/2 the price of a new one and had extra panels etc with it.

Checked what zip we had on ours which was a ykk 10mm and simply bought the length needed to have sewn onto the porch awning
