The Fiesta is a 'true' folding camper, whereas the Quickstop is more of a folding camper / trailer tent hybrid, which is why you have the option of using the kitchen unit in the awning area.
As such, the Fiesta has a little more of a caravan feel to it, as opposed to the slightly more utilitarian feel of the Quickstop. It, also, has higher equipment levels, inlcuding a 3 way fridge, with small freezer compartment. The Raclet fridge tends to be a portable, flip top, model. Just depends on your preference, and how much food you intend to store. The Fiesta is, also, going to have a heater and hot water, which the Quickstop won't
If you are after comfort, then the Fiesta is, probably, the way to go. The seats are more comfortable, and, if there are just 2 of you, the Fiesta will feel more spacious, especially on shorter breaks, if you decide not to use the awning.
The Raclet has two fixed beds, and the settees both sit in front of these, taking up a lot of the floor space. In the Fiesta, one of the beds converts to a settee, not only giving a large, comfortable place to sit, but, also, freeing up the floor area for lively canines.
Having had units with and without toilets, personally, I would value having one over the ability to cook in the awning, but all about personal preference, and the toilet does eat into kitchen storage / work top space, as well. When I bought my first folding camper, it came with a camping kitchen and cooker, because the previous owners didn't want to cook in the main camper area. That is always an option with the Fiesta, if you want.
You will struggle to find any model with fly screens on the awning, Can't think of any off hand. Most have them on the windows of the main unit, only, I'm afraid.

Have to agree with Blue Sky re the toilet.
I found the toilet door a bit of a pain so I just leave it in the garage.
I made a work surface out of contiboad, a couple of battens with magnetic catches and an aluminium detachable leg at the front left hand corner, this just "sits " over the toilet, adjacent to the sink and the same height. Wife made a curtain for the underside which, during the day hides the toilet. Yes it is over the toilet but no problem with hygienic cleaning. At night time it is just taken off and stored, leaning against the cupboard under the hob and grill. I remember the bath in my Grandmother's cottage kitchen with a similar set up, a hinged cover fixed to the wall, so not exactly novel. She lived to 101 so she coped!
In keeping with most campers in such a unit there are strict rules on what you can use the toilet for! The lack of a door has never been an issue and it sure beats getting up and trekking to the toilets at night!
I have read, on this forum, that some people don't like the idea of chemical smells from the Thetford toilet but I can honestly state I have never smelt it and I would tell you I am very fussy! I was going to say "anal" but figured I would save the groans.
Nearly time for our first outing, trip to Turkey, early April, can't wait.
