One of the front slides/runners has broken off front wall. (The 3 screws actually sheared). The slide is on a metal base. The problem I am having trouble with, is how to attach the slide back into the slide rail (which is attached to the roof/top/lid). after reattaching it to the front wall. Do I have to detach the roof/lid at the front completely first ( it is really heavy-not sure how to do that safely ) and after reattaching the slide to the wall ( 3 new holes and screws keeping slide bracket in roughly same position ). Can you easily get the 2 front slides back into their rails in the roof and how do you do that ? Any advice/support greatly appreciated.
