Picked up our fiesta up last Thursday, unfolded it on the drive and did,not get too stressed went up as per instructions from the staff at the dealership at Billing Aquadrome just few little mistakes. Will be having another go this weekend now we have gas, hookup and battery to see how They work
We have a awning but can only sort out where the poles go in the back garden at the moment have been looking on YouTube to get some ideas. Our 1st trip is down to Cornwall, we are booked into Perran Springs next week hopefully the weather will good. Had good soaking in West Oxford last Friday
Will report back after next week . Shetel
The more you use your new FC the quicker it gets assembling it. We have just sold our much loved 2010 Countryman due to us getting a little too old and 'knackered' for it. (Not stopping camping though just moving on to a MH) From experience though can say taking your time and having a break between assembling the main cabin and awning helps. Also if the weather was hot we would sometimes wait till later in the day to assemble the awning. Enjoy your new FC they are great, I'm still mourning the sale of ours a week ago.
Congratulations!! You're going to have lovely holidays that's for sure.
We had a Countryman but then switched to a Pathfinder a few weeks ago.
My girls told me off for getting stressed (cos let's face it, it is quite stressy putting it up) so now I take it very gradually and stop when I feel a bit shouty!
Like as already been said, the more you use it the quicker it gets.
Enjoy and have a super break.

Hi Lee8810
We are using a Defender TD5, more than enough to tow it. Coming home with it did not know it was there. It has the same footprint as the Fiesta. Really looking forward to next week.
