get an under bed tent for your girls, which fits underneath one of the side beds and then you can put the toddler either in that alone or in with one of the girls, when our kids where that age we had the elder lads in the under bed and the baby in a travel cot as we only had the one bed on our trailer tent, I think it was called a Conway calypso we had? the baby was never cold and was very used to sleeping in the travel cot as she used that at home for naps
failing that but little one in with you and put dad on a camp bed in the middle!
