any recommendations for a wheel clamp or other device to immobilise the trailer?

Hi Spike

We're got the Nemesis Ultra:


A bit fiddly and a bit pricey, but a sturdy piece of kit. Towsure seem to have their own rebadged version in a different colour! We also use a Hitchlock; though when we had a FC I drilled through the handle and used a long-staple padlock.

We used a Milenco compact wheel clamp on our FC. They cost about £80. Fairly easy to put on and off and bright enough colour wise to be a deterent.
