So anyone have a pathfinder they are breaking. I have one minus the front stowage box door so after the door or the entire box and don't really want to spend 400 quid on a new one from Pennine.
We have also lost the front door to the plastic moulding at the front of the Pennine Pathfinder that we borrowed from friends - eek! It was already loose and just happened to fall off on the one occasion we borrowed it, so are trying to replace it relatively cheaply for the sake of our friendship!! Any help much appreciated!
Also would appreciate some advice on how to remove the toilet recepticle in order to empty it. My husband thought he'd figured it out, put it back into place, and but then couldn't remove it again after our little boy peed in the toilet in a confused state in the middle of our last night (we had all agreed as a family to try and use the nice campsite toilets rather than the onboard one!) Again, this is a borrowed Pennine Pathfinder and had so much go wrong on us that I'm scared to ever borrow one again!
Finally, (it really was a trip of disasters..2 weeks of rain in Cornwall after the amazing heatwave of last Summer!), we were visiting places in Dartmoor after my husband lost his Dad, and wanted to re-visit childhood places. My husband, being inexperienced at towing and taking us down very narrow and hilly lanes, ending up getting us stuck, which damaged the wheel of the trailor and also the feet snapped off! :( Again, these need replacing..any help in locating parts MUCH appreciated! I think I'd prefer our tent next time!!!
the feet broke off mine a couple of times at the back. left them off in the end.
in regards to the toilet. if you mean the actual waste bit that slides out. Make sure the toilet is shut firstly. it will not come out otherwise.
Then when you are actually pulling the waste box out, there is a yellow lever/flap under the box itself. this needs to be pressed down to pull it out. this also sometimes catched when our waste was half out and needed pressing again.
Hope this helps
