Bought a 1996 Conway cruiser Folding Camper in Jan this year had a quick look around looked a bargain £350. Got it home and because of all that rain put it away. Got it opened up 1st time this week to check it out. Question is. Where should the leisure battery be? All the wiring is there but no connection's for battery.
Any help appreciated

Maybe it doesnt have a battery. My Dandy had a Power Supply Unit which operated the light and the pump and fridge when on mains hook up.

There was a grey 12S socket as well which could plug into the car and operate them from the car battery. A light and a pump could run for quite a while like that.

An optional extra from Riva Dandy was a grey 12S socket with battery connectors. This would allow a battery fitted in the gas box to be used but it would have to have been charged previously.

Cheers for the reply's
navver, I think your correct, it has never had a battery. But also there's no 240v external power source socket either. I think It' has been used on site with hook up adapters. There are 4 2pin 12v sockets are. One for the light on the wardrobe. 1 near the sink unit. 2 on the seat base. Have you got any pics or link regarding the adapter please.
Thanks

Just a follow I found a pic with the battery installed. There's a metal plate screw down on the floor Under this are 7 block connectors with all the wire from the black & grey owbar plugs. Including Battery charge in the grey.
Wires come up through the floor to connectors then go back under floor.
