I’m a single mum hence I needed a advice. I used to have a Conway cruiser with a pull out bed, but fine it’s really hard to do on my own. I want to know which trailer tent or folding camper that does have a winding stick that I can erect without having to do them physically. Hope anyone can help?

have a look at opus campers...
which wouldn't solve the effort of getting the beds out.
There is a version of the Tardis - both about the same size and also a larger one - made by Jayco who were the manufacturers of the Tardis that doesnt actually have any beds that pull out, just the sofa beds inside the unit.
So once the roof is wound up thats it, no beds to slide out etc.
You'd need to be lucky to find one in the UK or you could convert an existing hard top to that configuration.
that is the version i am referring to. and yes, i have put one up. beds are a one handed affair and the rest is up in 90 seconds then a bit of moving stuff inside.
it is possible to have one sited and weatherproof in less than 5 mins with one person.
I have an Opus Camper. It is certainly possible for one person to do the beds and everything else, but the awning would be a challenge on your own.
They certainly are expensive and there are very few second hand air versions available.
The beds flip over, rather than slide as they are the trailer roof. You do not have to support the weight yourself as they are gas assisted.
