Thanks to wongers for advice, Stripped door which was completely rotten. What we found basic wood frame with 2mm ply either side, thin ali glued to one side, and waterproof vinyl wallpaper the other.Where the lock , hinges go, a wood frame for support, Anyone with basic joinery skills could easily tackle this. Got a off cut 9ft 1" x 1" & piece of 2mm Ply. £7 for both. They even planned the 1" x 1" to correct thickness,
BTW, a local Caravan repairers quoted £200 + VAT
