I've done so many embarrassing things whilst setting up (first we had a Countryman, now we have a Pathfinder) I'm sure I was the source of much mirth on the campsite.
One time whilst setting up a lady asked if I'd like a cup of tea....it was such a treat that I've started asking others setting up if they'd like one.
I've always found camping neighbours supremely helpful, I'm sure that'll be your experience too. :-)
