Hi all, we thought our battery was fully charged, after charging all night. When we attempted to use the motor mover the camper would not move. We managed to get a mobile caravan company out, and the battery was still under guarantee so it was changed. He told us to check the switches inside the camper and the fuses. In the cabin, where it shows the battery gauge. To the right. There is a switch that you can switch to car or van. When we opened the camper up this switch was on neither. We have now switched it to van. Could this be our problem as to why our battery wasn't charging? Thanks for your help.

Yeah, switch needs to be in van position to charge the battery. Knock it back to the neutral position when packing up.

Have a look at the Pennne Website or Blue Sky, fiull instructions on there which I printed, laminated and keep in the camper.
