Unfortunately, it won't. The fridge is, of course, three way, meaning it could be used on gas, and the water pump is 12V.
Back then, the Pullman didn't come with mains as standard, although many were retro fitted, so there is no guarantee you will have an external point. As they were, also, powered from the 12S socket of the car, there was no battery box, either, although, again, some were retro fitted, but not that many. You tent to find most, with a leisure battery, have them under the seats.

Thanks for the info and love your blog. I am going to look into solar power and fitting my own electrics. It has some wiring and battery terminal clamps under the seat
