Hi all,
I have recently purchased a Nissan Note 2016 model and also a Trigano Camplair. My dream of trailer-tenting family holidays has been scuppered however by the news that my car isn’t capable of towing very much. Gutted. It will tow a recommended 360kg, but up to 425kg; the Camplair is 295 unladen. Is it reasonable to continue and get a towbar fixed, do you think, or should I just cut my losses and trade in the Note?? How much would my camping bumf actually add to the weight of the trailer? And would I ever make it up any hills??
