We've just bought a Camp-let Royal (advertised here), and we're very happy with it, having seen one on site and deciding it was the way to go. Overall, the quality is excellent, until we come to the 'electrics'. After struggling with the battery case - flimsy affair, we managed to get two batteries in and keeping it close to make the contacts - so the pump works.
But there is also a 12v power point, as described in the user manual, and we just can't work out what it is for, where the power is meant to be coming from (obviously not hook up), and what it is supposed to be used for??
We always use hook up on site, so run a lot of electrics, and we can't figure why the pump could not be connected to that as well.
Any suggestions/ideas/advise would be gratefully received, and thanks for reading this.
