Having bought a camp-let Royal I need to replace the jockey wheel. The wheel is a 34mm stem with a 200mm tyre. I can't find this combination on any of the websites I use; what is on offer is a 34mm stem, but with a smaller 160mm tyre, which in my humble opinion seems too small for the camp-let.

I've tried Camperlands, but can't get a response as to the tyre size on the camp-let replacement jockey wheel, and also, being 'camp-let' it seems unduly expensive. As anyone had a similar issue, and found a solution? I'd be most grateful for any advice.

This is probably the jockey wheel you are looking for which has a 34 mm. diameter tube with 170 mm. solid tyre. Scroll down and double check the product description.

Thanks Gents for the replies. I probably didn't explain myself enough. What I'm looking for is a jockey wheel with a 34mm stem, but also with a 200mm tyre, exactly the same as the one that was on the trailer when I bought it.

I have bought a 34mm jockey wheel from Leisuremart, but it only comes with the 160mm tyre. Ironically, when I refurbished our other small trailer I bought a larger diameter jockey wheel that came with a 200mm as standard, which was a bit of over engineering. When I put the two alongside each other the difference is noticeable - 160mm to 200mm, it really makes a difference!

I have found a possible supplier, but won't be able to verify until tomorrow. If they can do the 34/200mm combination I'll post a link, in case anyone else would like a more substantial wheel. Of course, the problem rests with the Camp-let being manufactured to only take a 34mm stem.

I've found what I was looking for, and as far as I know these people are the only suppliers; that is for a 34/35mm stem with a 200mm tyre. The downside is that it is more expensive than the usual ones available - 34mm on a 16omm tyre. But you gets what you pay for, and having just spent a lot of money on our Camplet I consider it worth it.
