Does anyone have instructions or know where I can find instructions, for a 2012 Pennine Countryman deluxe awning. It's made by Isabella but I can find no mention of Pennines on their site.

Its a fibreglass lightweight awning and went up fine the first time but I was left with two poles which slightly worried me!

I may not describe this very well but here goes. It had 3 poles with hooks that attached to the camper and came out horizontally, each of those then had a pole to the ground, left, right and centre. At the front there were two horizontal spar poles connecting each corner leg to the center pole and it all stayed up fine. Problem was there were two poles left that had a funny plastic attachment that was a semi-circle designed to go around half a pole. No idea where they were supposed to go or even if they were just bunged in the bag at some point and they don't even belong.

Any help/advice much appreciated, cheers.

Not sure but they might be veranda poles, which allow you to unzip and drop down the front fabric.

I think the 2 poles you’ve mention are for the front apron.

Thanks for the suggestions. There is a 6 inch piece of acrylic at the front of the awning and 3 very short poles with hooks in to hold it up. Is that the apron?

Got it! Google eventually came up with the goods!

It does go across the front apron. You can tell how much experience of awnings I've got >.<

Yes, I think it’s call front apron or front canopy where the 3 short poles with hook on.
You’ll see a sleeve under the acrylic where the poles go in to,

Lots of useful info all about folding campers. Scroll down the page a bit and there is an awning diagram but think it is for a slightly older version as it doesn’t show the horizontal poles are at the very front of the awning.

Thanks for that Marshmellowqueen, I did have a good hunt first on blueskyholdings. It's an amazing resource for Folding Camper Owners, Ive been absorbing information for weeks now! The diagrams were more generic and for older models, particularly the 6 berth sizes. They were somewhat helpful but not specific enough.
