Apologies for the delay in responding. Been off work for a few weeks, following a majorish operation, so hope this information doesn't come too late.
You should be OK with that combination. The Pullman was facelifted in 1996, and there were no major changes to the exterior, after that, so there's no reason I can think of why it wouldn't fit.
The 1997 Pullman was 417cm long, the same as the 2006 model. The latter was just 2cm wider, at 212cm, so shouldn't be too much of an issue.
