The table just drops down to rest on ledges of the bench seats,
so if you have not got table just measure the distance between the bench seats at that point and cut slats to match, it is a good idea to join the slats with a couple of lengths of strong fabric or canvas leaving a three quarter inch gap between them, just staple it in place. This prevents them slipping apart during the night and yet keeps them altogether when removing them to use the table and also allows them to be stored one on top of another
