Hi and welcome. I don't know much about trailer tents but if there are no onboard charging facilities any ordinary battery charger should do the job. Ideally I would use one of the smart-chargers like those sold by Aldi and Lidl, but they only seem to have them at certain times of the year. The Ctek version seems to be much more readily available but is MUCH more expensive and probably no better. I have one of the Aldi ones and it's great. I use it to charge my caravan's leisure battery over winter and it cost me around £13. The very similar Ctek one is many times that.
The Lidl charger is branded "Ultimate Speed" and you can get them on ebay for about £20. Also check out Lidl and Aldi websites as you can order stuff directly.
Before you go spending your money, you need to find out if your trailer tent has an Electric Hook Up point along with a built-in charger.
Why not ask whoever you bought it from.
Otherwise just use a battery charger as above.

It will if there is a built-in battery charger. If it has, all you need do is plug in your mains lead and it will charge up the battery. Have a look round inside near where the mains comes in and there should be a mains consumer unit with circuit breakers on it. The charger will usually be a box near to that.

it will do IF it has a built in charger, but most dont hence why i said to take the battery charger with you
Maybe! Follow the leads back from the battery. If they go into a rectangular box with the mains cable coming out the other side then that is quite likely a transformer/charger. Connect your mains cable to a house socket, turn on the charger and you should get a charged battery.
If you have a multi meter the voltage at the battery whilst the charger is turned on should be in the region of 14 volts : when off anything above 12.7.
Good luck,
