Quick questions for anyone else who has used UndercoverCI before:
1/ Did you have problems with delivery (and if so, how long was the delay)?,
2/ Did you have any problems getting them to respond to your communications (be it email or message via facepalm)?
I ask, as I ordered a new transit cover from them 8 weeks ago, and it's still not arrived yet.
Now i understand that there's the whole COVID thing going on, and it's causing delays, BUT it's now 8 weeks later and i'm still without a new cover, nor has any attempt at communication been made to apologise for the delay/warn that there's a backlog/etc.
Since I paid via paypal, it's not like it can be argued that they don't at the very least have my email address..
Going by my own experience thus far,it seems not dissimilar from that detailed in posts over the last few months from folk asking where their goods are (and why their emails etc are being ignored), over on Undercover's facebook page.
Surely if this is some hold up, you'd expect some form of feedback to the customer to advise them of this; not just stay silent for 8 weeks?
Especially if the company doesn't want their customers asking their card providers/paypal to refund their money due to non delivery of goods...
